Warranty

WARRANTY UNITS: Viruses, Data Recovery, and Batteries are NOT COVERED under the Smyrna Computer's Limited Lifetime Warranty.  A fee will be assessed to reload your system due to viruses.

 

REPAIR: Smyrna Computers's repair fee is $150.00 for non-warranty repairs.  We require a $75.00 non-refundable deposit the time of drop-off for non-warranty repairs.  

 

PARTS: The initial repair fee does not include the cost of any parts.  If parts are required, the part must be paid for in full prior to it being ordered by Smyrna Computer.  Ordering of parts may delay your repair for up to 2 weeks.

 

BACKUP OF SOFTWARE/DATA: It is your responsibility to backup all data that is stored on your computer's hard drive and/or any storage devices you may have prior to bringing your computer for repair.  For an additional fee of $50.00, we will make all attempts to save your data; however, Smyrna Computer shall not be responsible at any time for the loss, alteration, or corruption of any software, data, or files.

 

ABANDONED REPAIRS: All repairs must be picked up within 30 days of their completion date (when you are contacted by our staff).  Computers not picked up in this time frame will be considered abandoned and will be sold or recycled.

 

SERVICE GUARANTEE: Barring any issues outside of our control, your computer will be repaired and ready for pick-up within 10 days from our receipt of the unit.  We stand behind our service.  If there is a problem with the service we provided, please notify us within 30 days and we will work to remedy your problem quickly at no additional cost.
