Please make sure to come prepared with a valid, goverment issued, photo ID and all of the documents when you stop by Smyrna Computer for notarization. To ensure you are able to get your documents notarized, it is recommended to call ahead, as the "notary public" is not always on the premises. Please be aware that there may be a $5 notarization fee.
